On January 5th at 14:00 pm and 16:00 pm the population of Georgia will receive independent information about the attendance of citizens in elections (voter turn out). Right after the polls are closed, Georgians will receive unbiased public opinion polling results that will be based on scientific research. Finally-approved results of this data will be introduced to the population at 23:00 pm.

• From 8,000 to 12,000 voters will participate in research from whole Georgia
• In the implementation process of the project will be used the joint resources of sociological companies of high reputation and competency, namely IPM, ACT, Sarke, ISSA, ISR and ARC
• Around 800 people will be involved in the project (interviewers, controllers, telephone operators, drivers and etc.) Mainly interviewers will be placed in all Georgia on 228 electoral precincts. 100 controllers will supervise their work.
• Project consultants from Ukraine include the implementers of Exit Polls in 9 national elections in Ukraine since 1998, namely the Democratic Initiatives Foundation , the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology, the Social Indicators Center and the Ukrainian Centre for Economic and Political Studies named after Olexander Razumkov. On Election Day Ukrainian and American Sociological groups will be in Georgia to observe the Exit Poll process
